For some, talking about vaccines is a delicate matter. I always explain to my patients during the report of findings’ visit, the effects that could happen with vaccines. They either have the choice to vaccinate their children or not, but it is my job to educate patients so they research about it.
Vaccines contain many harmful substances that can weaken the immune system, also affect absorption of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. and can open the tight junctions that do not allow any particles to reach the blood brain barrier in the colon. This can lead to Leaky Gut Syndrome and cause many diseases including Autism, Cancer, MS, ADD, ADHD, autoimmune disease and many more.
There are many ways to strengthen the immune system:
- Sleep the required hours depending on age
- Consume NON GMO and Organic foods
- Expose your body to the sun early morning or afternoon to get Vit D
- Manage stress
- Moderate exercise
- Acupuncture
- Lymphatic or regular massage
- Chiropractic care
