Every day we hear about kids and adults suffering from food allergies. Is that normal? NO! We are not supposed to be allergic to food unless the food is contaminated with bacteria, our body reacts with symptoms for elimination. Nut, wheat, gluten, dairy, etc. have been present in our diets for centuries. Why suddenly these allergies are so common?
Two main reasons:
- Peanut or castor oil in vaccines
- Pesticides, GMO’s and glyphosate in our food.
There is a lot of explanation about this but basically, chemicals in our foods or that are injected (vaccines), makes our body to attack itself either because it recognizes something that we eat as a intruder or because it reached the brain. Either way, it causes inflammation and this is the precursor of most of the diseases. How can we improve food allergies?
